I have been using the WP Thesis template for a while now on my blogs, and I am very satisfied with it. Especially the newly added support for localization. I have a translation of the frontend in faroese and danish. The backend is not translated at the moment. The translation is done for Thesis 1.5.1.
I have for some time run a WordPress blog supporting three different languages. One good plugin to do this is qTranslate. qTranslate makes creation of multilingual content as easy as working with a single language. The one thing to remember when upgrading WordPress when using this plugin, is to upgrade the qtranslate plugin first, otherwise you are risking to break the the translation.
