Insert key on MacBook Pro Keyboard

I have for some time searched for a solution for using insert key on a MacBook Pro keyboard when running Windows Applications, but according to Apple there is no solution for this. But I recently found this on the web (probably only works in BootCamp):

Insert: fn+return

Alt+Insert: fn + alt/option + return

If you for some reason need to edit the keyboard layout on your Windows XP running on BootCamp there is a nice article on Apples support site about this.

I found the same solution, but I can’t run Bootcamp and I have Parallels partially installed. I’m really annoyed that the Mac Book has no insert key. Another one of Steve jobs’ finest egocentric moments. All this money spent on an piece of equipment that doesn’t comply with one of the industry’s finest pieces of software? Unimpressed.
